RecStaff can allow employees to submit pick up requests even if they are already scheduled to work during that time.

Schedulers can control how much overlap is permitted by setting a maximum allowed overlap duration.

To enable this setting:

1. Site Setup/Dept Setup

2. Shift Board Settings

3. Allow pick up requests that conflict with shifts if overlap is less than this (minutes)

4. Choose the maximum overlap duration in minutes
