Managers can direct message individuals or groups of staff in their department.  Only those employees with a pencil icon in the Actions column are under your management and can be contacted directly.


To message staff go to:

1.  Click on Manage Employees

2.  Click on Employees



3.  Click on the tick box beside each employee's name or select All

4.  Click on Message Selected Staff



5.  Add your message to the Send Message to Selected Employees dialogue box (highlighted in green below)



6.  After you've added your message choose how you'll send the message Email/Text or Both

7.  Click on Ok, send it to them
