This report shows you a weeks worth of staff availability for a particular schedule type.


  1. Click on Manage Schedules
  2. Click on Staff Availability


   

  3.  If you have more than one schedule choose the one you would like to see availability for

  4.  Choose the date (this will show you the week the date falls into)



The menu allows you to:

  • change the date
  • Filter Listing on Roles, Employees, Time Off


The report displays:

  • when staff last updated their availability
  • static availability (what staff have added to their availability form)
  • any shifts
  • any TOR's
  • any shift conflicts
