When you copy schedules from one week to the next you no longer have the benefit of the staff pick list which informs you of all availability restrictions a staff member may have.
In order to ensure your copied schedules have not created conflicts you need to run the conflict report against them.
Note: The conflict report checks whether staff are working on another schedule during the time of their shifts and whether they are on an approved time off. It does not check the availability staff have provided because that is static availability for the session which means availability will be the same from week to week for the session.

3. Click the tick box beside each of the copied schedules you want to review
4. Check for Conflicts and click Yes, run it
5. A report will be displayed either listing any conflicts or letting you know there are none.
