When you publish a seasons worth of schedules at one time you may want your staff only to receive the first week of notifications to limit the number of messages staff receive.


Note:  This requires manager to set in place a process that has staff looking at their RecStaff calendar when they receive the new seasons first week of shift notifications.


1.  Create all the schedules for the season


2.  Publish the first schedule on it's own.  Because only one schedule is being published the system will automatically send staff shift notifications.


3.  Click on each of the subsequent schedules and click the publish button.  


4.  A prompt will appear because more than one schedule has been selected 


5.  Click on the tick box so no notifications are sent to staff.
