If you would like to have your work assignments displayed on a computer screen or tv during the day for everyone to see you can pin it. The screen will refresh with any shift changes every 20 seconds. You can also lock the screen down so no one can access your RecStaff account from the computer being used.
From the Manager Dashboard:
1. Click on the Active schedule's work assignment icon
2. Click the expansion arrows at the bottom of the screen
3. Lock
