You can assign employees Viewer access to your schedule type.   A viewer is typically an employee who only has the employee dashboard.  Once they become a viewer they will have access to:


1.   Employee Shift panel - to view the shifts for the current day

2.   Your Current Schedules panel - to view schedules for the week


How to set someone up as a viewer:

1.  Click on Department Setup if you're a dept admin or Site Setup if Site Admin

2.  Click on Schedule Types

3.  Click on the eye icon of the Schedule Type you want to add a viewer to 

4.  Click on the drop down box which will show you a list of all employees and choose an employee

5.  Click on the plus sign icon to confirm
