Shifts that have been posted to the shift board then reassigned by the manager are not automatically removed from the shift board.
The reason reassigned shifts aren't removed automatically from the shift board is because some organizations reassign the shift as a last resort to ensure if it doesn't get picked up someone will work it. However, they are still looking for someone to pick up the shift.
If you want to remove a reassigned shift from the shift board:
1. Click on the shift board icon
2. Click on the check box beside the shift(s) you want to remove
3. Click on Unpost Selected shifts
