Your current schedules listing page can get really long especially if you are a scheduler for more than one schedule type. The search option allows you to filter the schedules for easier viewing.
All the search options are self explanatory except for the Showing this many weeks ahead option. This is a sticky option meaning this search option will remain even when you exit the page. When you go back into the page this search option will still apply.
The search shows you all the schedules on your listing page up to the weeks ahead you inputted. For example; if you entered 1 week ahead you would see all the schedules up to one week after today. In other words, there is no start date to this search. It will pick up all schedules on the list in the past up to 1 week from today.
To search through your current listing page:
1. Click Manage Schedules
2. Click magnifying glass icon
3. Choose the options to search on
4. Click the Search button
Note: The search option Showing this many weeks ahead applies to My Current Schedules on your dashboard as well.
This allows you to see the same listing on both the Manage Schedules menu option and your dashboard.
