To change colours of multiple shifts you simply select all the shifts you want to change.

1. Select the shifts by clicking on the first shift and then hold down the shift key and select the rest

2. You can see which shifts have been selected by the highlighted blue border around each shift

3. Click on the Change Shift Colours option on the menu

4. A colour palette will appear click on the colour you want

5. Click the check mark and the shift will change to the colour you have chosen
