The staff pick list is on the Shift tab of the visual scheduler builder (VSB) and is where you create shifts and add staff assignments to shifts. The staff pick list is a list of staff that belong to the schedule type you are scheduling for. Beside each name on the staff pick list you will see an icon(s) which represents whether a staff member is available for the shift you have highlighted (clicked on to add staff assignments).
The 4 icons below reflect credential standings icons that show up on the staff pick list when you're assigning staff to shifts
The employee has a credential that will expire within 180 days
The employee has a credential that will expire within 30 days
The employee has a credential that will expire within 14 days, has expired or is missing
The employees' credentials are current
