The name or description of a schedule is the only field on a schedule record that can be modified.  If you need to change the dates, facility or schedule type you will have to delete this schedule and create a new one.


1.  Manage Scheduling - Schedules 

2.  The Current Schedules listing page lists all schedules choose the schedule you want to modify by clicking on the pencil icon under the Actions column for the schedule you want



3.  You will notice that all other fields are greyed out except for the Description field.  



4.  Enter the new description/name and click the Update it button to complete the name change.
