Completed schedules are those schedules that are two weeks past their active state.  


1.  From the Main menu go to:  Manage Scheduling - Schedules

2.  The Current Schedules listing page will appear




3.  The box icon on the right hand side of the page below the Current Schedules is the Completed Schedules icon. Click on the box to open up the completed schedules listing page



4.  You can click on the VSB icon under the Actions column to view a completed schedule



5.  The status or state of the schedule shows completed.  You cannot modify a completed schedule.  The only modification that can be done to a completed schedule is a name change.  You can change the name of a completed schedule by clicking on the pencil icon of the completed schedule you wish to change the name of.  The description field below is the name of the schedule.  Click Update it to complete a name change.
