Individual work assignments can be copied and pasted to speed the data entry process.

If you are working on a PC:

1.  Click on the work assignment to highlight a pink border will show around the work assignment

2.  Click on ctrl + c to copy

3.  Click on the spot you want to copy to

4.  Click on ctrl + v to paste 

If you are working on a MAC:

1.  Click on the work assignment to highlight a pink border will show around the work assignment

2.  Click on Command + c to copy

3.  Click on the pot you want to copy to

4.  Click on Command + v to paste

Note:  You can also copy an entire shifts work assignments to another shift of larger or equal size.
