To speed up data entry RecStaff allows you to copy and paste both on the shift tab and the work tab.

To copy and paste a shift

1.  Click on the shift you wish to copy a light blue box will appear around the shift

2.  While holding down the Ctrl button click on the C key to copy the shift

2.  Click on the calendar canvas where you want the shift to be copied to 

3.  While holding down the Ctrl button click on the V key to paste the shift in the location chosen
