.

1.  Click on the VSB icon of the schedule you want to change shift colours on

2.  Click on the shift, the shift will have a blue highlighted border around it when selected

3.  Click on the Change Shift Colours option on the menu

4.  A colour palette will appear click on the colour you want

5.  Click the check mark and the shift will change to the colour you have chosen
