If you receive a text message from our application and the number is not yet saved in your phone, we recommend adding it to the existing contact you already use for our system. This helps ensure messages are easy to recognize and not missed in the future.
iPhone (iOS)
From the Messages app
Open the Messages app.
Open the conversation from the new SMS number.
Tap the phone number at the top of the screen.
Tap Add to Existing Contact.
Select the contact you already use for our application.
Choose a label if prompted (for example, SMS or Mobile).
Tap Save.
Alternate method (Phone app)
Open the Phone app.
Tap Recents.
Find the number and tap the ⓘ (info) icon.
Tap Add to Existing Contact.
Select the contact and tap Save.
Android
Steps may vary slightly depending on your device manufacturer, but the process is the same.
From the Messages app
Open the Messages app.
Open the text message from the new number.
Tap the phone number at the top of the screen.
Tap Add to contact.
Choose Add to existing contact.
Select the contact you already use for our application.
Tap Save.

Open the Phone app.
Go to Recent calls.
Tap the number.
Select Add to contact → Add to existing contact.
Choose the contact and tap Save.
