Today we deployed a new maintenance release of RecStaff, version 3.3.17. Our maintenance releases include smaller features, minor improvements and bug fixes.
So, what's new?
Improvements
- Verification dialogue now includes facility as a sortable column
- New option on the schedule type details which prevents verification of shifts from the dashboard
- Improvement to replacement tracker so it doesn't show manager owning open shifts
- UI improvement to indicate with icons in the shift detail view when a shift has been coded or has notes
- New setting in payroll to show employee types on Payroll Period report
- New setting in payroll so that override roles are ignored if the result of the override is a lower pay
- Increased character limit for accounting code on premiums and payroll rates
- Added new warning when opening a schedule with improperly configured time blocks
Bug fixes
- Fixed issue where messages not always sending to all schedulers on a schedule type when urgent posting comes in
- Fixed Shift diffs not attaching properly to shifts when an open shift is awarded on the shift board
- Fixed Work codes not being pinned on deleted shifts if payroll code is also not set at the same time
- Fixed duplicate lines in Work Code Stats report for staff in multiple departments
- Fixed divide by zero errors in the pay period breakdown table for payroll clients who don't use rates
- Fixed minor typos in the UI and alignment issues
