Many organizations share staff among departments. If those different departments have different payroll groups then those shared staff will receive multiple timesheets each period. 


In this example, the employee Christina works as a Lifeguard in the Aquatics department and also picks up shifts as a Receptionist at the Front Desk. Each of those departments uses their own payroll group so she is sent two timesheets every pay period to review and sign.


Her dashboard alerts her to the timesheets:



When she clicks through to her Timesheet Listing page she sees a list of all her timesheets with the most recent at the top:



She will need to go into each one, confirm that it is correct, then sign off. Alternatively, she could select both timesheets in the listing and choose the option to "Sign off on Selected". Click here for more information on how staff sign off on their timesheets
