If you have two VSB icons on your Dashboard under My Current Schedules Panel it means you've been assigned as both a scheduler and viewer of a schedule type. This setup is incorrect.
If you have already been assigned as a scheduler you do not need access as a viewer. The only time you would need viewer access is when you aren't a scheduler but need to see schedules. As a viewer you have read-only access to the shift and work tabs on the Visual Schedule Builder (VSB). The hours tab cannot be accessed as a viewer.
