.

To make it easier to log in to RecStaff you can create an icon on your home screen so that one tap will open our web app. If you've stored your username and password in your browser's password cache a second click will bring you in and to your dashboard. 

The steps to add an icon depend on what type of device and/or browser you are using:

For an Android device using the Chrome browser click here.

For an Android device using the Firefox browser click here.

For an iOS device (iPhone, iPad)

1. We're going to add a handy icon to your iOS device's home screen

2. Open up the Safari browser and type "https://app.recstaff.com" in the location bar. Once the site loads, tap the Share button shown below:

3. The sharing screen has a long list of actions. Scroll all the way to the bottom:

4. Tap the "Add to Home screen" action:

5. Enter a name for the icon - it defaults to "RecStaff" - and then tap "Add":

6. That's it! You now have a RecStaff icon on your Home screen:

For an Android device - Chrome

1. We're going to add a handy icon for Chrome on your Android device's home screen. Note that your Android or Chrome versions may be different from what is shown here. 

2. Open up the Chrome browser and type "https://app.recstaff.com" in the location bar. Tap the three circles in the upper right to open the options menu:

4. Tap the "Add to Home screen" option:

4. Select a name for the icon and tap "Add"

5. You will be asked to confirm that you want to add an icon - tap "Add" again

6. You now have an icon that will take you directly in to RecStaff!

For an Android device - Firefox

1. We're going to add a handy icon for Firefox on your Android device's home screen. Note that your Android or Firefox versions may be different from what is shown here. 

2. Open up the Firefox browser and type "https://app.recstaff.com" in the location bar. Tap on the three dots in the upper right corner to open the options menu:

3. Tap on the menu option "Page" to open the Page sub-menu:

4. Tap on the "Add Page Shortcut" menu option:

4. Android will ask you to confirm that you want to add an icon to your home screen. Tap "Add"

5. That's it - you have an icon on your home screen that will take you straight to RecStaff!
