RecStaff allows managers to decide when staff and management are notified of expiring credentials.
System Setup - Communications
At the bottom of the Communications Settings page is the Credentials settings. You can choose notifications from 180 days, 90 days, 30 days, 14 days, 7 days, day of expiration for both managers and staff. For example, you may choose to notify staff 180 days prior to expiration because you feel they need that length of time to renew their credential. If you choose 180 days; staff will receive a notification at 180 days, 90 days, 30 days, 14 days, 7 days and the day of expiration. The same logic applies for managers, as soon as you start the notification process it counts down and begins sending out notices on these days.
