The facilities in RecStaff are the physical buildings your organization uses.  The locations are the areas within your building(s) work is done i.e., pool, fitness room, arena.


Note:  If your organization has only one facility you will not have the option described below


1.  Click on User Profile

2.  Go to Facilities section on your user profile page

3.  Click on Will Also Work At

4.  A pop up dialogue box will appear with a list of secondary facilities

5.  Click on the facilities you can work at

6.  Click on the blue Update button at the bottom of the page
