RecStaff will notify you based on the time frame your manager has defined. Your manager has set a preference letting the system know how many days in advance of expiration they want you notified.
The system is configured with the following options:
- 180 days prior to expiration
- 90 days prior to expiration
- 30 days prior to expiration
- 14 days prior to expiration
- 7 days prior to expiration
- On day of expiration
Once that preference is set the system will continue to notify you as you get closer to expiration.
For example: If your manager chooses 90 days prior to expiration you will receive a notification at 90 days, 30 days, 14 days, 7 days and the day of expiration. The further out the expiration notifications are the more you receive and the more opportunity for you to find time to renew your credential.
